Congratulations on the purchase of your new puppy!! Depending on the club we use for this particular puppy, we will have given you either AKC or CKC (or both) puppy registration application papers, unless puppy in question cannot be registered.

Your puppy has had her first round of shots and has been dewormed every week since 2 weeks of age. To give your puppy the best protection, please continue with its vaccinations at 9 weeks, 12 weeks, 18 weeks and 6 months old. And then continue with an adult booster every year. Remember your puppy is not yet immune to contagious diseases and keep it away from other dogs until fully vaccinated!!!

To the best of our knowledge, our puppies are sold in good health. If you take your puppy to a vet within 4 days of purchase and the vet finds a serious problem, you may return your puppy during that time period only and we will either refund your money for the purchase of the puppy(not including shipping) or allow you to pick out another puppy of equal value. (Written and dated explanation from vet is required, with vet’s phone number. We reserve the right to have the puppy checked by our own vet in some instances before issuing a refund or exchange.) Exposure to infectious disease after the puppy leaves here is not covered under the health guarantee. Please pay particular attention to this if you have recently lost a dog or puppy!! Infectious diseases are not covered by our health guarantee as we have no control over what a puppy is exposed to after it leaves our home.

Puppies are not guaranteed against injuries or against low blood sugar which is an accepted risk of small dogs and can be corrected or prevented with extra care and frequent feedings. They are also not guaranteed against undecided testicles. We can give an estimate of adult size but cannot guarantee it. Puppies are sold as pets only!

All veterinary costs incurred once the puppy is in the buyer’s possession are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

You can change to another brand by mixing the new in with the other for a couple of weeks before switching completely. Please make sure tiny puppies eat very often!!!! This is so important because they don’t eat much at one time!!
